Van der Hooft - Coaching offers private individuals 3 different Online Tracks:
- One week. When you are 'ready' for change or when the situation is less thorough. An intensive track, in which you put things in order and gain good insight of your possibilities. (€ 475,-)*
- Three weeks. When your query is more thorough and disturbing and more soulsearching is needed. An intensive, yet clarifying process. (€ 1150,-)*
- Five weeks. Major changes or more in-depth problems may need more time. In this track we strive to make some structural changes, to diminish troubles and to formulate and realise goals. (€ 1950,-)*
It is also possible to obtain one day or a few days separately, spreaded over a certain period of time. For example, if you like to share some thoughts with your coach after finishing a coaching-track. Your coach is in breast of your situation and you can continue where you left of. (€ 95,- per day).

The first reply to your query is always for free. After the first correspondence we will consider together what coaching-track will be best suitable for your situation. In general, a 1 week coaching-track is sufficient for most queries. As soon as I received your payment, we will start the coaching-track. The first query won't be included in the coaching-track.
After a free and informal intake,I'll make a suitable proposition for a coaching-track. In general, a Face-to-face Coaching Track takes no more than 10 sessions (of maximum 1,5 hour), depending on the query of the client. The costs for a Face-to-face Coaching-session for private individuals is € 95,- per hour (excl. 19% VAT (BTW)).
Employers
Often employers are willing to take care of the costs for coaching. In that case I refer to the Employers section of this website. If you are refered by your employer, Van der Hooft - Coaching will only report to your employer about the progress and terms of the coaching track. No personal details or information about the content of the coaching sessions will be reported to your employer or any other third party (within limits of the Dutch Law).
